🔁 Returns

If you’d like to make a return, please make sure:

Items are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags are attached
Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


📦 How to Start a Return

Include your order number and details of the item(s) you want to return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

⚠️ Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping

Unless the item is incorrect or defective, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If your refund is approved:

Refund will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time: up to 7 business days

If the entire order is returned, the original shipping fee may also be refunded.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Place a new order
